Galliano in the mix…

Although at first I never quite apreciated it (Read I was too young). Now it’s one of my favorites to mix with. Galliano . It’s the combination of sweet, sour, bitter and herbs. I love to share these easy to make recipies.

Galliano l’Autentico & Limonata s.pelligrino

The easy pre-diner mix:

  • Gallianata: Galliano l’Autentico & Limonata San Pelligrino
  • Italian G& T: Galliano l’Aperitivo & Acqua Tonica San Pelligrino
  • Cuba Libro: Galliano Ristretto & Chinotto San Pelligrino (even better then the Cuba Libre 😉

The after diner mix:

  • Autumn mix: Averna-Limoncello and Galliano l’Autentico (2-2-1)
  • Winter mix: Averna-Glliano Ristretto and Limoncello (2-2-1)

Don’t forget you can as wel make a nice Galliano spritz with it
